The Failures, Garant für energiegeladene schweisstreibende Konzerte, gaben seit ihrer Gründung über 250 Liveshows im In- und Ausland, darunter Auftritte in zahlreichen Schweizer Clubs und an Festivals, Konzerte in Frankreich, Italien, Oesterreich, Spanien, USA, Jamaica, Polen, Estland und Dänemark sowie 2 Tourneen in Frankreich und 3 Tourneen in Deutschland. Sie spielten mit namhaften Acts wie Henry Rollins, Therapy, New Model Army, Lovebugs und vielen mehr. Jetzt schreiben wir das Jahr 2010 und die Failures (in der Besetzung Bruno Flury; Gesang und Gitarre, Mike Stocker; Drums, Simon Schwab; Gitarre und neu Marcel Aebi; Bass) wollen es noch einmal wissen und sind mit einem neuen, wunderbaren Album am Start. „Cheapest Rock”, 23 Jahre nach der Gründung ist die Band voller Witz und Spielfreude und bereit die Clubs und Festivals in Grund und Boden zu rocken. As in life, pitfalls lie on the one true path to your dreams. These “Fail Holes” each represent a different flavor of failure- like: Fail: Someone younger and cuter got the promotion; or Fail: You are just not good enough. Move to Portland. The ball falling into a fail hole rolls through a system of pipes back to the origin, each failure counts as a stroke. Successfully navigating the maze causes the ball to roll into the Pipe of Winning and the player wins.
